A church operations platform pairing an admin dashboard for event check-ins and attendance reporting with a companion mobile app for sermons, group sessions, and community life.

Project Overview

Christ Work Community gives church staff a single console for running events and keeping a congregation connected between Sundays. Instead of reconciling a paper sign-in sheet after the fact, admins watch registrations, check-ins, no-shows, and waitlist counts update live during an event, broken down by ticket type and hour-by-hour arrival patterns.

The companion mobile app carries that same sense of community onto members' phones — sermon replays, small-group sessions with live countdowns, and neighborhood-style groups like a men's cabin retreat or a men's business circle all live in one place, so following up on a message or a meetup doesn't depend on catching an announcement in person.

How It Works

Admins open an event's attendance report to see total registered, checked-in, no-show, and waitlisted counts alongside a check-in timeline chart and a ticket-type breakdown, with the full sidebar covering rooms, meetings, weekly videos, messages, and a lightweight CMS. On the member side, the app surfaces the latest sermon to replay, a countdown to the next group session with a one-tap join, and a feed of community groups and upcoming meetups.
